Hens Paint & Sip in Broadbeach Waters

There’s something so fun about bringing a group of girlfriends together for a private paint and sip, especially when you add a few games, music, and karaoke into the mix.

Recently, we had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with a lovely group of girls at a beautiful Airbnb in Broadbeach Waters on the Gold Coast for a fun hens celebration.

The afternoon was filled with painting, laughter, games, and plenty of singing, creating the perfect relaxed atmosphere for celebrating the bride-to-be.

The Perfect Airbnb Setting

Hosting a hens party at an Airbnb is such a great way to create a private and comfortable celebration.

The group had their own space to relax, enjoy drinks, chat with each other, and take part in the painting experience without having to worry about a busy public venue.

The Broadbeach Waters setting was perfect for a relaxed afternoon with the girls, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy the experience together.

The Painting Choice: Going Bananas

For this hens party, the girls chose one of our cheekiest paintings, Going Bananas.

It's always a fun choice for hens parties, especially for groups looking for something a little playful and light-hearted.

Everyone followed along with the guided steps while adding their own creative touches to the artwork.

Watching the paintings come together was so much fun, and by the end of the session everyone had created their own unique version of Going Bananas.

Celebrity Heads and a Very Competitive Game

Of course, we couldn't let the afternoon be all about painting.

Between painting steps, the girls enjoyed a round of our Celebrity Heads game, which brought plenty of laughs and some very enthusiastic guessing.

We also brought along our basket game, where the challenge is to get the ball into the basket using only your hips.

Let's just say things got a little competitive!

It's one of those games that sounds simple until you actually have to do it, and it always creates plenty of laughter.

The Microphones Were the Real Favourite

While the girls enjoyed the games, the microphones definitely stole the show.

Once the karaoke started, the group really got into it, singing along and passing the microphones around the room.

It created such a fun atmosphere and gave everyone a chance to let loose and enjoy themselves.

There's something about karaoke at a hens party that just works, especially when everyone is already comfortable and having fun together.

Painting, Laughing and Singing Along

What made this group so lovely was how easily they embraced the whole experience.

The afternoon wasn't just about creating a painting. It was about spending time together, having a laugh, playing silly games, singing along to music, and celebrating the bride-to-be.

By combining the guided painting with our games and karaoke, the group had plenty happening throughout the afternoon without it ever feeling too structured.
