Paint Your Pet Hens Party at a Broadbeach Airbnb

There’s something extra special about a hens party when everyone's painting something that means so much to them.

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a Paint Your Pet hens party at a beautiful Airbnb in Broadbeach for a lovely group of ladies who were completely invested in creating their pet portraits.

From adorable dogs and one very special cat to a sausage dog painted by guests without pets of their own, this group created some seriously impressive artwork.

A Sweetly Decorated Airbnb

The group had put so much thought into decorating the Airbnb for the bride-to-be.

The space was filled with photos of the bride and her friends, creating such a personal and sentimental backdrop for the afternoon.

And of course, there were plenty of photos of the dogs too!

All those little details made the Airbnb feel incredibly personal and helped create a beautiful setting for the celebration.

The Painting Choice: Paint Your Pet

For this hens party, the group chose one of our Paint Your Pet experiences.

Everyone had a personalised sketch of their pet waiting for them, ready to be transformed into a finished painting.

The group had some seriously adorable pets to work with, including lots of gorgeous dogs and one cat who definitely deserved their place in the class.

For the guests who didn't have a pet of their own, they were given the option to paint the bride's sausage dog instead.

It was such a sweet way to make sure everyone could take part and create something meaningful.

Every Painting Was Completely Different

Paint Your Pet is one of our more involved painting experiences because every pet is different.

Rather than everyone painting the same artwork, each guest needs to work with their own pet's colouring, features, expression, and little details.

This group took that challenge very seriously!

Everyone was incredibly focused on getting their paintings just right, carefully working through each stage and paying close attention to the details of their pets.

The end results were amazing.

So Focused We Skipped the Games!

Usually, our hens party experiences include a few games between painting steps, but this group was far too invested in their artwork.

They decided to skip the games so they could concentrate on their paintings.

And they really did take their time.

With everyone carefully working on their pets, the three-hour session flew by and the group was still putting the finishing touches on their paintings right up until the end.

It was one of those classes where you could tell just how much everyone cared about getting their artwork right.

The Bride Took Over the Microphone

Although the group wasn't interested in stopping for games, we did manage to sneak in some karaoke moments.

The bride herself happily took to the microphone a few times, singing along to Tate McRae and Sabrina Carpenter.

It was the perfect little break from all the intense painting concentration and gave everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Proud Pet Parents

One of my favourite parts of any Paint Your Pet session is seeing the reaction when guests realise just how good their paintings have become.

This group created some beautiful portraits, and it was so rewarding seeing everyone proudly looking at their finished artwork.

Even though they had all started with different pets and different challenges, every painting captured something special about the animal behind it.

A Personal and Memorable Hens Party

This Broadbeach Airbnb hens party was such a lovely celebration.

Between the beautifully decorated space, photos of the bride and her friends, all the adorable pets, and the incredible effort everyone put into their paintings, the afternoon felt incredibly personal.

The group may have skipped most of the games, but they more than made up for it with their concentration, creativity, karaoke, and enthusiasm.
